教学过程：
Step 1. Warming up and review
1. Greetings. （师生间进行简单的问候。）
2. Free Talk .
暑假马上就要到了，让学生谈论一下，暑假打算去哪里？干什么？
Where/what are you going（to do） this summer ?.
3. Let’s review
回忆一般将来时“ be going to” 结构和用法。
4. Let’s chant.
播放本节课的歌曲， 活跃课堂气氛
Step 2 .Presentation and Practice
1. Listen and read
出示图片，学习单词 history 、science 、geography 、physics 、
chemistry .
2. Watch and say
老师随机出示课程卡，询问学生：What are you going to study ?学生
看图片回答问题。
3. 播放活动 2 的动画视频，目的在于让学生初步了解课文内 容。
4. 老师 ppt 出 示活动 2 中第一幅图和课文的前三句对话 。
教师提出问题：
Which middle school is Lingling going in September ?
--- She is going to Park Middle School .
Wich middle sch ool is Amy going in September ?
---She is going to Lake Middle School .
5. 老师 ppt 出示活动 2 中第二幅图和课文的后三句对话。
What is Amy going to study in Middle school ?
--- She is going to study History, Science , Geography and French .What is Lingling going to study i n Middle school ?
--- She is going to study Physics , Chemistry , History, Geography
and Chinese
6. Key sentences
单词：history 、science 、geography 、physics 、chemistry 句型：
当你想知道对方在中学将要学什么科目时，可以这样问：
What are you going to study ? --- I’m going to study …
表示不打算学习某科目时，可在“be”动词后加 “ not ” .
--- I’m not going to study … （History）.
7. Listen and repeat.
“模仿秀”看看哪个同学模仿的最好。
8.Listen and say.Then chant .
1. 教师播放歌曲录音，先让学生整体欣赏 歌曲， ，学生可以跟着录音
打节拍。
2. 出示歌谣文本，教师述说歌谣大意。
3. 再次播放录音，每句后停顿，让学生跟唱。最后集体演唱。
Step 3 Consolidation
Write and talk .
1.看图读题目要求，明白题目要求。
2. 小组讨论，四人一组，根据 5 个问题展开对中学生活的讨论。
3. 老师列出写作提纲。
Step 4.Homework 仿写小作文“My Middle School ”
