Act out the dialogue of unit1.
Say a chant.
（二）探究新知 Leading
T: Wonderful!Today we will learn modal“can”.I can speak
English.Can you speak it?
Ss: Yes, I can. / No, I can’t. (领读)
T: Greet! Today we'll learn “Unit2”(板书)
Text teaching
T: Show the pictures on the blackboard. Play the tape. Have students
look and listen.
Ss: Underline the new words. Try to read.
T: Explain the new words and the sentences.
Do the practice2 in pairs.Learn the poem
（三）巩固新知 Practice
Game: What is he doing?
Do the exercise 1 and 2 of the student’s book.
（四）小结：看图用现在进行时态描述一件正在发生的事。
（五）作业布置 Homework：跟点读笔熟读并背课文
