TPR. 四.Teaching aids:1.准备本课的教师卡片和录音磁带。2.学生课前准备纸、彩色笔、剪刀和胶水。五.Teaching Steps:1. Warming-up/ Revision (3′)1)值日生报告:让学生说一说家庭成员生日的日期。2)Game:表演对话。邀请同学参加生日聚会。2. Presentation(15′)1)出示生日贺卡图片。2)Listenand repeat.T: Listen to the tape and then read after it.3)Justwrite.T wrtie Four Skills’ words and sentences onblackboard, ask Ss to follow.8)Let’sread and chant:教师拿出一张Beth的照片,对学生说:Look! This is Beth.Her birthday is on Thursday.She ties a thick thread three times.播放Let's read and chant部分的录音两遍。学生跟着模仿,最后,请一半学生按照韵律拍打节奏齐声说chant,另一半给chant配上动作进行表演。然后交换。3. Practice(10′)组织学生完成课本第40页的制作表演活动。At first, ask Ss make birthday invite cards. Write theirnamesand their friends’ names. Then invite their friend, speakin English.4.
