As is clearly shown in the bar chart,
many animals are in danger of dying out.
The number of wild animals has been
decreasing sharply in the past decades .
Several factors contribute to the problem.
Some greedy businessmen are eager to hunt
wild animals for fur and food for fashion
and a big profit. In addition to the illegal
killing, the habitats of some animals are
destroyed due to the polluted environment
and natural disasters, making some animals
homeless or starve to death.
As far as I am concerned, it’s high time
that measures should be taken to protect wild
animals . Firstly, strict laws should be passed
to punish those who hunt and kill animals
illegally. Secondly, raising people’s awareness
of protecting animals and the environment is
of great importance. Only in these ways can
we live in harmony with nature.
