Second reading 课上练习 课中探究 IV.Group Discussion Doctor Certificate(诊断书) Name: Sex: Age: Problems about wellness Fitness(Food and Exercise) Mental health (Self-confidence and Stress) FOOD: a bad diet, eat fast food... Actions FOOD: have a balanced diet,eat less fast food... Doctor: Date: V. Example I am a high school student. I want to feel better about myself and be healthier because sometimes I get down, have no energy and worry about things too much. I decided to change my diet to make it healthier. For example, I stopped eating fast food so often, and introduced fruit and vegetables into my diet every day. Instead of sleeping late on weekends, I got up at regular time and went jogging for 30 minutes. Now, because I become healthier, I become much happier and better about myself too.
