教学目标:
1 语言目标:描述健康问题的词汇,及如何根据别人的健康问
题提建议。
2 技能目标:能听懂谈论健康问题的对话材料;能根据别人的
健
康问题提建议;能写出重点单词和重点句型,并能描述怎样对待
健康问题。。
3 情感目标:通过开展扮演病人等活动,培养学生关心他人身
体健康的品质。
教学重点:
1 短语: have a stomachache, have a cold, lie down, take
one’s temperature,have a fever, have a headache , have a
toothache, drink hot tea with honey , see a dentist
2 掌握情态动词 should \shouldn’t. 的用法
教学过程
Step 1 Lead in the new lesson by using the song If you
are happy
Step 2 Warming up and new words
1. Look at a picture and learn the parts of the body.
2. New words and phrases.
Step 3 Presentation
1a Look at the picture. Write the correct letter [a-m] for
each part of the body.
___arm ___ back ___ ear ___ eye ___ foot
___hand ___ head ___ leg ___ mouth
___ neck ___nose ___ stomach ___ tooth
Step 4 The teacher does the actions and say the sentences,
Step 5 study the sentences according to the pictures
Step 6 Guessing games
Guess what has happened to the students by using the
important sentences.
Step 7 summary
1. What’s the matter?
这是询问病人病情时最常用的问句, 意思是“怎么了?”, 其后
通常与介词 with 连用。类似的问句还有:
What’s wrong?
What’s wrong with you?
What’s your trouble?
What’s the trouble with you?
What’s up?
wrong 是形容词, 前面没有“the”; matter 和 trouble 都是名
词, 前面应有
“the”, trouble 前还可以用形容词性 的物主代词。
What’s your trouble, young man?
年轻人, 你怎么了?
2 在英语中,表达“疼痛或不舒服”时的常用结构:
(1)主语+have/has +a 病症
have a cold/fever
(2)主语+have/ has+ a+ sore+发病部位
sore 是一个独立的形容词,指的是身体某一部位的酸痛。
如:sore back, sore throat, sore neck.
(3)主语+have/ has + a+部位-ache
-ache 作后缀,常与表示身体部位的名词合成一个新词,表身体
某部位疼痛,如:toothache, headache, stomachache.

2a Listen and number the pictures [1-5] in the order you
hear them.
2b Listen again. Match the problems with the advice.
Step 9 Speaking
2c Make conversations using the information in 2a and 2b
A: What’s the matter?
B: My head feels very hot.
A: Maybe you have a fever.
B: What should I do?
A: You should take your temperature.
Step 10 Role–play
Imagine you are the school doctor. A few students have
health problems. Role-play a conversation between the doctor
and the students.
