道歉信写作指导
道歉信因为不能按时赴约或者因为过失或疏忽，给别人带来了麻烦或损失，
给对方赔礼道歉而写的信件。道歉信一般分为三个部分，具体内容如下：
首段：表达写信目的，表示歉意。
主体段：说明原因，提出补救措施
结尾段：再次致歉，请求原谅
一．重点词汇
1.因为某事向某人道歉。
(1)Make an apology to sb. for sth.
(2)Apologize to sb. for sth.
(3)say sorry to sb. for sth.
2.接受某人的道歉 Accept my apology.
3.为某事而原谅某人 Forgive sb. for sth.
4. 弥补 Make up for
5. 另约时间做某事 Fix another time to do sth.
二．常用句型
【part 1】开头常用句式
I am sorry to say that ……. I'm writing to tell you the reason for it.
非常抱歉……我现在给你写信告诉你原因。
I am writing to apologize to you for it .
【part 2】中间段落常用句式
(1) To my regret, I can’t go there with you because....但是，很遗憾，现在我不能
去了
(2)Please forgive me and I promise I will never let it happen again.原谅我并且我
保证下不为例。
(3)为了表示我的歉意，下周我想邀请你去吃饭。
To express my apology, I would like to invite you to have supper with me.
【part 3】结尾常用句式
(1)I really hope that you can accept my apology and understand me.我希望你能接
受我的道歉，并理解我的处境。
(2)Please allow me to say sorry again..
(3).I would appreciate it if you can accept my apology.如果你能接受我的道歉我
将不胜感激。
三．模板

四．写作练习
（2016 全国 III）假定你是李华，与留学生朋友 Bob 约好一起去书店，因故
不能赴约。请给他写封邮件，内容包括：
（1） 表示歉意；
（2） 说明原因；
（3） 另约时间。
注意：
（1） 词数 100 左右；
（2） 可以适当增加细节，以使行文连贯。
Dear Bob,
I am sorry to say that I can’t go to the bookstore with you .So
I'm writing to tell you the reason for it.
To my regret, I can’t go there with you because my mother was ill. So I have
to take care of her at the hospital and I really hope that you can understand me.To
express my apology, I want to invite you to have supper with me.Please forgive
