Show Ss the pictures of the six students.
Yesterday I introduced six friends to you. Do you still remember them?
Who are they?
Look at their photos .
What are they like? (=appearance)
T: What is she like? What about her nose, mouth,…?
Simon and Sandy are very tall.
Kitty looks very small.
Sandy and Daniel wear glasses.
Amy has short hair./ Amy’s hair is short.
Sandy has her long black hair in a ponytail.
Kitty has her hair in two bunches.
Step 2
T: What do they like?
Let’s know more about them. Listen to the tape and tell me what they like (=hobbies).
(play the tape one by one)
Step 3
Read the text , one paragraph by one paragraph
Finish the form below.
Step 4
Could you tell us something about the six students?(providing the points)
Step 5
Fill in the blanks.(书后填空)
Step 6
Could you finish your own profile?
Name, age, address, appearance, hobby, personality.
Step 7
Guessing game “Who is he/she?”
Work in groups, exchanging the profiles.
Each group leader introduces one of the other 3 students, without telling his/her name. Let others
guess who he/she is.
