I'm writing to ask for your help. Our school is planning to hold an event called English Reading Month, in
which we are required to read an English book and take notes.
I hope you can recommend an English book to me. Considering I'm not an advanced English learner, the book
needs to be suitable for my level. It will be better if the book is about the life of teenagers. Meanwhile, I also feel

How is it going? In your email, you mentioned you wanted to participate in the “Adolescents’ Healthy Living
Forum”, I’m very delighted to share my opinions with you.
I believe keeping a healthy life is beneficial to the adolescents. We are young and are growing up, so keeping a
healthy life is good to build up our body. Besides, it can make us energetic and cheerful so that we can do better in
all subjects learning.
When it comes to how to live a healthy life, I think we should develop a good living habit and try to keep it.
Firstly, we should do more physical exercise, which will make us strong. There are many sports fit for us, such as
jogging, swimming, climbing mountains and so on. Secondly, we shouldn’t eat more food rich in oil and sugar.
Although some fried food or sweet drinks are tasty, we’d better stay away from them. In addition, regular schedule
is necessary. Getting up early and not staying up late are helpful to us.

Today is the Tree-Planting Day,and we had a meaningful experience, one I’ll never forget.
Early in the morning, some of my classmates and I bicycled to the People’s Park to plant trees, talking and
laughing all the way. No sooner than did we arrive than it began to rain slightly. Though, we began to work
immediately, some digging holes, some carrying and planting young trees，and others watering them. We had a
wonderful teamwork!
Tired but happy, we all went home with a sense of achievement. I feel it our duty to plant trees every year and I
firmly believe if everyone plants a tree each year, our planet will become much more beautiful.

Tree planting Day is drawing near. In order to celebrate the Tree planting Day and protect environment, our
