Unit 10 I’m going to be a basketball player大家好!我说课的课题是BookⅡ Unit 10 I want to be a basketball player。根据英语课程标准规定,本着为学生发展为本的思想,通过听、说、读、写的训练,使学生获得英语基础知识和为交际初步运用英语的能力,激发学生的学习兴趣,为进一步学习英语打好初步的基础。一.说教材1.教材分析:这个单元通过复习和学习一些关于职业的词汇,用be going to谈论长大以后打算做什么以及打算怎样实现目标,与七年级(下)和八年级(上)谈论将来的打算有着密切的联系。本课是这单元的第四课时,在掌握了基础的基础上,谈论将来的打算。2.教学目标:(1).知识与技能:掌握本课重点词汇reader, keep, fit, keep fit, foreign.本课主要句型:We are going to built a bigger subway. I am going to do sth.语法:用be going to表示一般将来时。(2).能力目标:培养学生应用英语谈论将来计划,提高学生听、说、读、写等能力。(3).情感态度价值观:通过谈论将来打算做什么以及准备怎样实现目标,让学生考虑自己的将来,及早为将来做好准备。培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣,乐于参加各种活动的积极情感,善于合作. (4).教学重、难点:重点是掌握本课重点词汇reader, keep, fit, keep fit, foreign.本课主要句型:We are going to built a bigger subway. I am going to do sth.语法:用be going to表示一般将来时。难点是一般将来时be going to中be的具体形式和后面接动词原形的用法, 而学生运用所学知识谈论自己打算怎样做来实现目标则既是难点,又是能力训练点。二. 说教法1.“Teach English in English”: 即新课标倡导的“用英语教英语”,尽量用英语教学,创造英语课堂良好的听的环境,让学生充分感知,积极体验,大胆实践,把握用英语交际的机会,鼓励学生大胆开口说英语。2 .任务型教学法:倡导体验参与,培养自主学习能力。所使用的教具:电脑多媒体、谜语卡片、录音机等。三.说学法初二上期的学生经过一年多的学习,有了一定的英语基础知识和听说能力,正逐渐向读、写过渡,同时,学生们对英语学习还保持着较浓厚的兴趣。经过一年的新课程理念的熏陶及实践,有了初步的自主、合作、探究、实验的能力。 1.本单元的主题是谈论将来的事情,可以采用 任务型教学法学习新词汇,掌握重点句型,同时能比较好地运用到实践中,解决类似问题。做到既能巩固所学知识,又能提高解决问题的能力以及综合运用语言能力。因此我要引导学生 2. 学会预习:变被动学习为主动学习,带着问题有目的地听课,可以更好地把握课堂的重点和难点,提高课堂效率。3..学会合作学习:将学生分为4人小组进行活动,相互交流,互帮互助,合作完成任务. 4.引导学生学会抓住用英语交际的机会,充分感知,联系实际,积极体验,大胆实践。我设计了如下的教学过程,活动内容即课堂设计思路 Step1:Warming up(7”) 1. Listening to an English song, let the students do the action while they are listening. 歌曲欣赏,以学生喜闻乐见的形式导入新课,为学生创造轻松愉快的学习气氛, 激发学生的好奇心,为学习新课打下伏笔。 2.Free-talk (5”) show the key words on the screen by using the multimedia, teacher give them an example passage,to talk about her future, then Ss follow the teacher talking about teacher’s future using their own words. 复习上节课所学,并运用所学进行交际,加深旧知识的印象,顺利过度到新课. Step 2 Pre-taskSB Page 63 , 3a .Call attention to the magazine article .Ask a student to read it .Ask Ss to make a list of the New Year’s resolutions in this article . Check the answers. 传授阅读技巧,提高学生的阅读水平Step 3 While-taskSB Page 63, 3b .Have Ss turn back to Page 62 and call on some individuals to say each person’s name and what that person’s resolution was .Divide them into four groups to discuss the question. Then ask of them to tell how each person was going to make his or her resolution work .Point to the magazine article in activity 3a .Ask Ss to write an article like this one . 引导学生学会合作学习,再小组合作中体会到合作的乐趣. Step Step 4 Post-taskSB Page 63 , 3c .Ask some Ss to tell the class about their New Year’s resolutions .Then ask Ss to write about their resolutions on their own . 锻炼学生写的能力,先模仿,随之学以致用.达到 “在学中用,在用中学的” 目的。SB Page 63 , Part 4 . Divide Ss into small groups to do the activity . Ask some groups to write their plans on the Bb . Try their best to write their future plan, talk about what you are going to do in the future.Teacher gives them some help. Then Ss read their writings .others listen and find his or her mistakes.Teacher asks several questions according to the writings. Others answer the questions. 这一环节既锻炼了学生写的能力,找错误环节及回答问题又锻炼了听的能力,模仿的能力,可谓一举三得Step 5.
