(A letter of concern)
即慰问信，属于应用文。它是向陷入困难或遭遇不幸的个人、团体或组织等表达关心或关爱的一种信件。注意写作时语气要真诚，态度要诚恳。此类信件一般采用

三段式
”
结构。
首段：描述对方所面对的困难或遭遇的不幸。
主体：帮助对方分析现象、原因，并表达自己对对方的关怀与关心。
尾段：表达祝愿或祝福。
